Before discovering art only three years ago, I spent over two decades deeply immersed in the Nashville indie music scene, helping to create Musicians Corner, Ten Out of Tenn artist collective, managing my husband who is an artist and songwriter Trent Dabbs, as well as other esteemed musical artists and producers. Three years ago, while taking a break to care for my three children, I serendipitously discovered painting, and it quickly became an essential form of therapy and self-expression for me.

Over the past three years, I have built a business selling my art online, establishing a presence in the art community. I have had the privilege of working with a gallery, interior designers and INTO/ART who has helped place my art with their clients. I have also been showcasing my art in a number of art shows and a gallery in downtown Nashville. This journey has allowed me to explore the depths of my creativity while connecting with art enthusiasts and collectors who resonate with the spiritual and emotive themes in my paintings.

Inspired by my roots in music and my faith, my art is a tapestry of emotive brushstrokes and subtle symbolism. Each piece often concealing meaningful writings drawn from music and scripture within the layers of my paintings, infusing my work with a sense of reverence and introspection. My work serves as a testament to the transformative power of artistic creativity and holds a mirror to my own spiritual journey in many ways.
